Immune System Supports

Immune Shot for Viral Infection or Fever

1 lemon, peeled

1/2 inch of fresh ginger, peeled

1 large clove of garlic

1/2 TBS of honey

2 TBS of water

Blend in high-speed blender until smooth. Drink immediately.

Oxymel for Sore Throat

1 full bulb of fresh garlic cloves,

9 cups of water

1 cup of apple cider vinegar

1/2 cup of local honey

Separate out cloves of garlic off the bulb and crush them enough to remove the peels.

Put the crushed garlic cloves in a saucepan with the water and simmer on low for 30-60 minutes.

Remove from heat and immediately add the vinegar and honey.

Drink warm, but NEVER BOIL when re-heating.

Ideally, consume the garlic cloves instead of throwing them away, but can filter it out if desired.

Garlic shot for gut bug or quick immune response

3 cloves of raw garlic

3 TBS of honey or 5 TBS of lemon juice.

Blend thoroughly.

Consume immediately or within 2 hours of preparation.

Dose 2-3x daily for acute GI infection.

Dose 1x after exposure to respiratory pathogen and daily after onset of symptoms.

Homemade Garlic Extract

3 cloves of garlic

1 TBS red wine

1 TBS apple cider vinegar

1 TBS extra virgin olive oil

Blend these ingredients in a blender until smooth.

Add 1/4 cup of hot water and blend again.

Let stand for TWELVE (12) hours.

Do not strain.

Stir and add 1/3 of the amount to a cup of hot water.

Dose every 3-6 hours until gone.

Can also use to deliver other liquid medicines.
